Call sheets that protect the idea

A shot list is not a wish list. It is the order of work when the weather, the talent, or the building turns.

We write the must-have frames first: the still that prints, the shot the edit cannot live without. Everything after that is a bonus with a time attached.

Locations get a backup that is not ‘we will find a wall’. If the square is closed, the alley is already permitted.

Talent, catering, and camera department see the same document. Versioning a call sheet in three chats is how a lunch becomes a missed window.

On mixed stills/motion days the stills block is a named hour, not ‘we will grab it’. Grabbing is how the hero still is shot in leftover light.

Wrap includes a five-minute stills pull for social if the producer asked in the brief. It does not include a new concept invented at 18:40.

Firstonect Studio is a stills and motion practice in Thessaloniki. Daylight is the default. When we add sources, they mimic the window. We work for hotels, food, and brands that want pictures with the patience of architecture.
